You will have your choice of combining the train ride with our most popular half day Royal Gorge rafting trip or our region's #1 rated Extreme Zip Line Tour. The adventure begins when you board the Royal Gorge Route Railroad (9:30 or 12:30 departure). Once aboard the train you will become immersed into the truly magnificent scenery of the Royal Gorge with the opportunity to view the world class whitewater of the Arkansas River & the chance to view local wildlife living deep within the Gorge. As your train exits the Royal Gorge you will be greeted by our staff at our private riverside landing. Our guides will then outfit your group and prepare you for your next adventure of either, white water rafting back through the Royal Gorge or, Zipping into the high flying excitement of our Extreme Zip Line Tour! Participants who choose the Extreme Zip Line Tour package will return back to your originating location via the Railroad. Rafting participants will raft back to their originating location in Canon City. Both packages are truly seamless and shuttle free!
Skyline Drive takes you riding up 800 feet and over 3 miles along a Dakota Hogback mountain ridge. Experience 360 degree hair raising views of the Arkansas Valley, a stop at a dinosaur track way, a little peek at “Old Max” and a bird’s-eye view of Cañon City.
The Royal Gorge Bridge Tour is an enjoyable ride through the park, around the animal habitats and over the highest single span suspension bridge in the world. The price of this tour includes admission into the Park so after your Segway tour you can go back in and enjoy all the rides included with your admission.
